Seven Scale Marketing

Please read these terms carefully. By continuing with the service after the 45-day free trial, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Free Trial

The first 45 days of service are provided completely free of charge.
No management fees are payable during the free trial.
Any agreed Google Ads advertising spend is paid directly to Google by the client and is not included within the free trial.

Monthly Service

After the 45-day free trial, the standard monthly management fee is £350 per month.
Clients who provide a testimonial (written or video) receive a 7% discounted monthly fee of £325.50 per month.
The testimonial discount applies from the first paid month and remains in place while Seven Scale Marketing has permission to use the testimonial for marketing purposes.
Monthly payments are due before the start of each billing period.

Cancellation

There are no long-term contracts.
Either party may cancel the service at any time by providing 14 days' written notice.

Google Ads Budget

Google Ads spend is paid directly to Google by the client and is separate from Seven Scale Marketing's management fee.
The client remains the owner of their Google Ads account and has full control over their advertising budget.

Performance

Seven Scale Marketing will use industry best practices to manage and optimise campaigns with the aim of generating high-quality enquiries.
While every effort will be made to achieve strong results, specific numbers of leads, enquiries, sales or revenue cannot be guaranteed.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate business information and respond to enquiries generated through the campaigns in a timely manner.
Delays in communication, approvals or responses may affect campaign performance.

Ownership

The client retains ownership of their Google Ads account and advertising data at all times.
Any landing pages, automations or marketing assets created by Seven Scale Marketing remain available for use while the service is active unless otherwise agreed in writing.
